Are products sold individually or as a set?
All of our items are sold individually, except where clearly marked as a set in the product title or description (such as entrance handle sets). Wood appliques, mouldings and corbels are also sold as individual pieces. If you are unsure, please contact our support team before ordering.
Can I buy a sample and return it if it's not suitable?
Yes — order your sample and return any unwanted items within 14 days for a full refund, unused and in original condition.
Please note the following are non-returnable:
- Entrance handles, switches & outlets (made to order)
- Cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles
- Wood strip mouldings and custom-length wood trim (cut to order)

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 3-year warranty on all solid brass handles, knobs and bathroom fittings. All other products — including wood appliques and mouldings — are covered by our standard 1-year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents or normal wear and tear.
What materials are your products made from?
Our cabinet handles and bathroom fittings are made from solid brass, zinc alloy or aluminium depending on the collection. Light switches and outlets are solid brass with premium plate finishes. Wood appliques, mouldings, corbels and trim are crafted from solid beech, oak or high-density MDF. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Can I customise sizes or finishes?
Yes — customisations are available on selected products:
- Cabinet handles & edge pulls: Custom lengths available on long handles and entrance door handles.
- Wood mouldings & trim: Custom lengths are available on our wood strip mouldings and dado rails. Please contact us with your required dimensions and we will provide a quote.
- Finishes: Custom finish requests are available for trade and bulk orders.

Can I pair products from different collections?
To ensure a consistent colour and finish, we strongly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Even when colour names appear identical, slight variations can occur due to differences in materials (solid brass, zinc alloy, aluminium) and manufacturing processes. If you need help matching finishes, our team is happy to assist.
Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?
