Shipping policy

At Handle & Mould Living, each product is crafted or prepared with care. Our goal is to deliver exceptional hardware and décor pieces worldwide—safely, quickly, and reliably.


1. Processing Times

Most of our products are made to order. Production and processing typically require:

  • 3 – 8 business days for standard items
  • Entrance door handles: May require additional time

If you need your order expedited (production + shipping), please contact our support team before placing an order.

Processing times may occasionally be extended due to high demand, workshop schedules, holidays, or courier delays outside our control.


2. Shipping Origin

All orders ship directly from our workshop and warehouse in Hong Kong. This allows us to offer faster global delivery and stable product quality.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship to 180+ countries worldwide using standard air shipping services. Quoted times are business days and may vary based on customs or local courier handling.

  • USA: 2–4 weeks
  • UK: 2–4 weeks
  • European Union: 2–4 weeks
  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–4 weeks
  • Rest of World: 3–4 weeks

Most customers receive their order earlier, but rare delays up to 4–6 weeks can occur due to courier backlogs or customs processing.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 (excludes long handles & clearance items).
  • Flat-rate shipping applies to all other orders depending on weight, size, and destination.

Long handles require special packaging and may incur additional freight fees.


5. Import Duties & Taxes

United States (USA)

We ship to the U.S. using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties & taxes are prepaid by us.

Please note: tracking may show “inactive” until the package clears U.S. customs, which can take a few days. This does not mean the order is not shipped.

Canada

Orders over 150 CAD may incur duties.

European Union (EU)

Orders over 150 EUR may incur duties.

United Kingdom (UK)

Orders over 150 GBP may incur duties. We do our best to minimize these, but final charges depend on local customs.

Australia

Orders over 150 AUD may incur duties.

Customs fees vary by country and are not included in our prices unless otherwise stated. We encourage customers to check their local regulations if unsure.


6. Lost, Delayed or Stalled Shipments

Once an order enters the postal system, delivery speed is no longer within our control. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks from dispatch, we will send a replacement free of charge.

If a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier but not received, customers must contact their local postal service to initiate an investigation.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is completed.


7. Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to pick up the parcel from the local post office
  • Unpaid customs duties (if applicable)

A 15% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

To request order changes, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If shipped, you may initiate a return once the item arrives (if eligible).
