At Handle & Mould Living, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our hardware. Each piece is designed to elevate your living spaces, and we aim to ensure your experience with us is exceptional. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may review the return conditions below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and uninstalled (no screw marks, holes, mounting, or signs of wear)
  • In original condition and packaging
  • All screws and components included

Please note: Once a handle, knob, or wall plate has been installed, it becomes non-returnable.

📌 Important: Due to structural and packaging limitations, handles measuring 500 mm and above are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 14 days. Kindly include clear photos or a short video. Claims reported after 14 days cannot be processed.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our products are made of solid materials such as brass or hardwood, shipping costs may vary. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. International Returns

For returns originating outside the United States or the European Union, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling, customs and warehouse processing.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Handles above 500 mm
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Installed or used items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Electrical components (switches, dimmers, outlets) due to safety and hygiene regulations
  • Gift cards

8. EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Orders delivered within the European Union are eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal right. Items must be unused and in original condition. Installed items are not eligible.

9. Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality team will inspect the item. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank’s processing speed.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order begins processing, cancellation is no longer possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are unsure about size, finish, or style, we highly recommend purchasing one sample piece before placing a full order.
