SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. Custom-made items and entrance handles may require additional production time.
• Express Shipping: 10–15 business days
• Standard Shipping: 15–20 business days
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
• Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspection or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in retrieving or redelivering the package.

RETURNS
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached in original packaging.
• Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund issued, minus a 20% administration fee.
• 14–30 days after receipt: Store credit issued, minus a 20% administration fee.
• After 30 days: Returns will not be accepted.
Additional conditions:
• If express shipping was selected, the express delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (FedEx / UPS / Aramex).
• Items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item and may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, a 10% processing fee applies. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. A written confirmation from us is required to confirm any cancellation.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We will arrange an express replacement for any confirmed faulty products.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Long Cabinet Pull Handles
• Edge / Concealed / Embedded Handles
• Entrance Door Handles
• Door Handles / Levers
• All handles over 50cm
• Light Switches, Dimmers & Outlets
• All plumbing fixtures (Showers, Faucets, Drains, Basins)
• Wood strip mouldings and custom-length wood trim (cut to order)
• All custom-made and made-to-order items
• Sale / clearance items
• Any item that has been modified, used or is not in original condition
Note: Made-to-order items are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. In case of a manufacturing fault, please allow up to 30 days for us to rectify the issue.
