Returns

• Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included

• If express shipping was selected, the express shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to shipping and handling limitations, products measuring 600mm or longer are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
